Hello great video. What kind of grease did you use and did you replace the brushes or re-use the old ones? My PBH2100RE will not run at low speeds only high speeds. I'm thinking it maybe needs new brushses
@@TIRestoration Thanks I will check the switch. I was using it to dig up floor tiles. I think I overworked it. The switch is cheap online so I will try that
Thanks for the vid! Busy with a PBH 200 RE (yes, not a 2000) myself, do you by any change know what type and how much oil there must be in? I can't find info on this. It leaked oil for ages now and the only thing I can think of is that you can't put more oil than half the shell of the maachine ;-) Thanks in advance, no problem if dunno :-) EDIT: It turns out that Bosch puts 50 grams of special grease (part# 1.615.430.001) into a lot of their machines. About the oil, absorbed heat of the gearbox will over time cause grease to become oil.

Just normal regular grease, if it runs good than the brushes are oke, maybe a switch problem?
sometimes cleaning helps. good luck

Opened it up today. Switch was fine, there was a loose connection which was arcing

The plastic was already there, perhaps from the packaging

Don't know about the 'pbh 200 re' but the one I repaired had only grease no oil, but half to three quarters should be enough. Good luck
