Recently I've been struggling with some stomach problems, this night was terrible, I took a pill and while I was waiting for the effect I decided to listen to this audio and omg, it was so nice to concentrate on something apart from the pain. Plus the thought of the listener that she/we would bother Cardlin. That was on point as I know I would act the same

I recently went to my doctor's appointment yesterday and told the doctor what's going on with my tummy. She told me I'm constipated and bloated. Going to the bathroom a lot and I already took my Imogen medicine before bed.

Crazy for the timing of this video. I have a chronic condition (that I just say ‘“my stomach” hurts’ bc the condition isn’t really well-known) and I was in so much pain, I had to go to the hospital yesterday. So grateful to have a comfort video for it. 🩶

@@OMGitsKristinaxD it’s called Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, my pelvic floor is hypertonic from all the anxiety/stress but other things can cause/worsen it.
