Stephen Colbert took over as host of The Late Show on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015. Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and best known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Prior to joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed “The Colbert Report,” which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. I work at a cemetery. And when we're not landscaping or doing a burial, we sit in the maintenance shed watching The Price is Right. It's the best.

Actually I want to make a quick correction Price was around in the 60s with Bill Cullen but it was on NBC and a very different show
And I thought I was the only one who scheduled classes around "The Gong Show" in 1977 (and The Adventures of Superman)!!!

Here in Portugal, the host for our version of The Price Is Right is a national treasure, and a lot more people watch it because it airs before the night news 😆

I forgot Drew Carrey existed. My mom used to watch the Drew Carrey show when I was a kid lol, he was very funny from what little I remember. I really enjoyed the show, I know that.

I liked Drew Carey way better back in 1998 on Whose Line is It Anyway. He's so pretentious now, talks like a snob and seems way different. I cringed at 1:19... Fat Drew was better, more down to earth.

Powder Baseball is actually very popular in South America and oddly enough, Japan of all places. Out of all American sports it probably has the widest following. Which I find kind of funny honestly, it's not very fun to watch, although fun to play.
