I met Max in person. Great guy. I went to his house, he was very nice to me. I have to tell y'all Max is a very humble guy. He opened the door to his house and welcomed me. I told him he was the best out there, he said thank you and shook my hand.

It’s fair to insinuate that SAS didn’t like working with Max because Max’s takes on issues pertaining to social justice were simply more advanced than SAS’s positions. The audience knew it, the guests knew it, and it was clear that Max was the more sophisticated intellectual of the two.
