This is a Dutch vocabulary lesson in a series of 40 videos, with each video lesson containing 25 Dutch words, a course with the goal to speak Dutch, developed by Bart de Pau "1000 most common words in Dutch".
The course is aimed at beginners, who want to learn Dutch vocabulary fast. Of each word, you see the Dutch word and the english translation, and a picture. For learning Dutch pronunciation, each word is repeated twice.
Best way to study the Dutch language lessson about traffic and buildings is:
- watch the video 1 or 2 times
- study the word list www.learndutch.org/online-dutc...
- do the test; repeat it if you made mistakes
- no mistakes in the test - then go to the next lesson

i´ve visited amsterdam just for 2 days but i loved it there, and not just because of the forbidden fruit but because of clean streets, no homeless people or beggars, fresh air and people are so friendly there

I am Japanese living in Tokyo, but I think I am the most willing person in Japan who is longing to be able to speak Dutch! This helps a lot for me! For your question, I've been to Amsterdam 3 times just to meet Badr Hari, who is a legend in kickboxing. So also interested in Moroccan. I visted the Rijksmuseum when I visited my husband who was then my fiance'. :) We barely missed the Van Gogh museum. Hope to get back and visit it and some other museums as well as my husband's family.

I´m going to Amsterdam in April; my birthday is the 25th. I also need to spend a few days admiring Dutch engineering. I live on El Hierro, one of the smaller Canary Islands. We have a regional flag and also each island has its own flag. The flag of Tenerife is almost identical to the Scottish flag, except the blue background is darker on ours than on theirs, so I´m familiar with the St Andrews cross. Never knew it was also for Amsterdam though; look forward to seeing it there, and to using what I´ve learned from these excellent videos.
