- Since a lot of you guys ask me how I got my sleds to wheelie I decided to make a video about it.

Gonna try these tips out! Just bought a 2014 pro Mel 800, if these don’t work I think I’m gonna get a better wheelie secondary spring and a clutch kit.
I have a summit 600 146 and did that same setup and it is a wheelie beast

What about for a 2016 skidoo freeride 800? It comes halfway up but it wont stay up. I have a 2” lug everything else stock
Loosen the limiter strap
Did you move the the limiter strap to the last holes to losen it on the 850 ?
I loosened it to the before last hole
For the shock do you compress press it or depress it.
Compress that mf’er

@@lelequebecois9668 it’s pretty decent I’m just gonna tighten the limiter strap next season, if you’re getting one i recommend getting the xrs 850 with longer paddles 😁
@@Longlakefreerider I’m 16 years old, I currently have a Yamaha rx1 2003 it’s a great trail sled, reliable but i’m tired of getting stuck everywhere. The backcountry 600r seems like a good choice, it’s more reliable and takes less fuel than the 850
If i only loosen the limiter strap and dont do anything to the shocks will it still wheelie better?

No, if you were to take it off then yes but you can get it pretty loose
Remove The rear blocks in The boggie on The revs and it Will wheelie even more.
Then the rear damper will bend

Yeah I’ve never done clutching on my sleds
What does the 18:45 do for top speed?
77mph
sometimes getting a wheelie really comes down to power.
That’s why you gear them down

@@zynfantry you kinda can, I think they make different planetary gear sets for them but I’m not a cat guy so I don’t know, and I’m not sure about their cost, I’m sure if you do some digging on forums you can figure it out
