@WhatSupp yes mate:) however, to reliably craft that.... we're talking obscene amounts of currency ... or are you referring this because you wanted to see a funky full dps video with that specific helm in play?
@WhatSupp ah kk thanks! in the min/max DPS build, the +4 shavs seem to out-perform the helm quite a bit though, since it has 6 links and then the extra +4 bonus ontop.
So crown would be more dmg still as it adds tranquility --- still a crazy helm for what it does, but ineffective for the price, at least as long as +4 shavs exists hehe

@WhatSupp Thing is, with elemental focus, you go down to 19% shock instead of 50% (or 60% with lightning mastery) which is a huge DPS loss, since we're always pushing max shock vs endgame bossing when in good gear, so you have to alter your pob to 19% shock since thats what we can get from skitters while using elem focus. :/
So while the helm would be good for the ultra-meme tanky build because that build can't push 50-60% shock with its considerably lower dps, but it wouldn't be good for the *real* build, so to speak, as then we easily max out shock ;D
