These had a funny bug when they first launched. When you turned them on they would start by flying up off the ground and then they would keep going up and up and up until it was gone and that's more or less why Apple provides free phone support sometimes.

Goddess Muse This has nothing to do with not giving the new guy a chance (at least in my case), this has to do with change and the fact that so many of us are not only used to the chemistry between he and Matthias, but we thoroughly enjoy it and want nothing else. I don't exactly understand why this needs to happen when they have such a good thing going, not to mention it feels very out of the blue. It just will not be the same without Brian.
