    I take 1 mg tablet (not every night), and 6 to 7 hours of sleep with melatonin is enough to start the day so fresh and energetic. Most of the time I don't need coffee in the morning. It take me about 20 minutes to fall a sleep. Btw, I discovered melatonin about 3 months ago, never heard before for it. Melatonin change my life😊

    I use melatonin after I had stress becose my son died in car crash and after 8years I can sleep good ,don't need it every night becose I learn to be stress off .HUGS for all

      Do not take it if you’re already taking nigh-quill
      Please ask your doctor if you should take it or not depending on your case

    Melatonin does not induce sleep . It maintains sleep. 3 mg per night is the optimum dose.

      Correct, although i read a study saying that it both induces and maintains sleep.
      I believe that It helps to sleep faster if you have the right environment, you’ll feel sleepy but it won’t force you to sleep if you don’t want to.
