It makes you wonder if Half Life 3 may actually exist. I think this Xen release is going to fill in a few gaps that were left unanswered throughout the Half Life series, such that it creates a bridge of information to link with the next Half Life (if you were to keep your hopes up)

I gotta say, thank you so much for creating this. I first saw Half life when I was 7 cowering behind my dad when he was playing it, I remember him saying "the graphics to this game are so good it's almost life like". It's amazing to see it look just as i remember it when I first saw it.
This has to be the best Source Engine has ever looked.
I got massive flodding memories after watching this from the very old 1998 half life 1 to the 2012 black mesa so many fun memories

Wow, the pure talent that is going into this fan game is just mind blowing. I was 11 years old when the first trailer of this started to surface back in 2008, and can happily say I am just as excited as ever.

My uncle did play Half-life before, i always wanted to intoduce him to "Balck Mesa" but he passed away before i can do it. Black Mesa Xen is almost complete and i'll never get the chance of showing him all of this.
