The fastest 600 ik of atm is prob the Honda CBR 600 F3 that can do 165 which I find halarious as my Honda Blackbird, an 1100cc tops at 170.... Tho, my bird will get their alot quicker than the CBR but still! That's fast for a 600

I had a 1992 yamaha fzr600 I hit 135 mph think I could've went a little faster and I also had a 1984 ninja gpz 900 that I hit 155 mph and I chicken out I was only 18 years old when I hit 155 mph I got hit head on by a camaro and totaled my poor gpz900 😢

A modified and dyno tuned gxzr isn't doing over 180 unless they have boost. It may say you're tickling 185 190, but the actual speed is about 175.

if it was some 2020 or 24 s1k with cams, flash, intake, exhaust, and a shit ton of light weight mods I could believe it. but a mid 2000s liter bike with just a exhaust and tune? nah. my 09' R1 barely made it to 196 gps. that's with flash, cams, intake, exhaust, re-gear, and as much weight reduction as I can do short of carbon fiber.

I think we have all met someone like this. Fastest I’ve ever been is on my 05 zx10 and my speedo said 173 so I am not positive how fast it was actually going but I know it was more than enough for me.

My wife has a 2024 gsxr600 with exhaust and she is small and light and she has gotten her bike up to 169mph. My ZX6R with tune and exhaust will only do 163mph but my gsxr1000 hits 180mph without even slowing down. My wife has the fastest 600cc bike in town and last week she beat a 2008 gsxr750 that was stock with a 200lb guy riding it.

I mean most liter bikes do about 186 with the stock sprockets but could you not get it up over 200 eventually with a more teeth in the front less in the back? or maybe I have that backwards but still lol

@stevie9361 vaguely. Built it slowly. Got the frame one day. Fixed it up. Got stock motor from harbor freight. All aftermarket parts from gopowersports. Basically the only thing stock is the block and piston. I do need some 22lb valve springs. Valve float is real.
