Vidit doesn't have positive record against nepo, anish and Wesley who are actually defensive player and rarely overattack. He wins against super gms when they push for more and blunder. Aka Firouza etc.
Honestly, Gukesh needs to improve a lot in shorter versions. He had no chance if there was a tiebreaker in the Candidates with Fabi/Hikaru/Nepo. Considering that many classical tournaments are decided in rapid/blitz tiebreaks, including WCC, he might suffer in future if he doesn't improve.
Yeah but even after rook f2 and then queen f2 takes , vidit can play knight g4 which will result in a pin and I will be ahead in material and also after some moves white will be checkmated@@jyotsnapagag2625

But he is best in classical which is the pure form of chess! So its okay! He is improving really well in these formats now
