Had it on VHS cassette, loved it, Griffith was a knockout. The whole cast down to Joan Cusack and Philip Bosco was top notch. Watched at least twenty times.
That's a great scene I get sad when I watch it sometimes because I never had a professional corporate job like that I like when they're at the wedding and he gets his big fancy drink and he sucks it up with one draw the straw and it's kind of looking up at the time
The music is an excellent time capsule of 1980s Style movie themes what a great insignificant important item you have brought to the Forefront of the discussion
@@randalllaue4042 I really like the movie and one of the reasons that I think is important is that in business sometimes you have to bend the rules and be creative just like in the movie and you have to dodge people that are trying to bring you down and I just wanted to point out that there's a special time that happens in your life occasionally when you put it all together like the elevator scene and you get rewarded and a knowledge for your hard work that's why I put it out there
Dan, have always loved these scenes. Thanks for posting
BEST movie ever!! I've seen it at least a dozen times and never get tired of it!!

This is my favorite scene in the whole movie. I love this movie.
It's how business is really done
I have many favorite scenes, but when Harrison Ford changes his shirt in his office and the ladies applaud, that was funny 🤣

Well I am A WTC fan and found out the lobby and elevator scenes were filmed in the old Buidling 7 of the WTC Complex.
Were filmed
The Twin Towers are seen in the movie as part of the skyline. I love this movie but that's bittersweet to see..
Love this movie and of course this scene!😁

Why did you cut it short?
I was panicked it was going to be too long
34k views?🤔 you should get a check for this one
Where is the rest of the scene?
I love your commentary
Thank you!
except you cut it half way through
sorry
Every time I see this scene, it always appears the man standing behind Harrison Ford is giving Melanie the eye expat 0:21-0:22
He is trying to listen in for some reason. Wonder why the director stuck him in there.
Meanwhile, everyone on the floor below is late to their meeting due to the elevator being held for an obscene amount of time.
So?
Your comment is wasting my time.....
Happens every day.. :)
