Mr. President has allowed technically incompetent individuals to rubbish his plans and efforts. Oil and Gas is extremely corrupt in Nigeria. As a Leader, he should have focused on revamping the NNPC and not wait until now. A major strategic move would have been that he fired any senior management from Buhari's tenure. In any organization, employees know the pool of talent amongst them. If Mr. President has been proactive before now, and these reactive responses won't have been needed.
