Ya I used the fake to practice on painting the camo. It helped me get ready to paint the jacket on the John Connor Exclusive. I'm paint the jacket the camouflage from the movie an putting the public enemy logo on his shirt

great video! I have a question ... I noticed that mine does not have the black paint on the jacket but its joint on the left shoulder is covered (as in the original), but the eye is a bit crossed, but i think its a painting mistake. do you think it is fake or original? 🤔

Yes they are doing that to a lot of the older ones like I've seen lots of the Big Red Predator and they are putting it at auction so people think it's real smh I also bought the OG Mike an I will be doing a side by side comparison because I dont want to open the real one lol

The sculpt is the same? The differences are only about paintings? The material is the same (so same weight)?
Yes I think they might be using the same material. Seems like they use a different paint on the earlier ones. The paint tended to rub off alot more. Weight is the same though

If the sculpt is the same these ko probably are only neca second choice sold at less than half the price..i am waiting 5 ko and hope they re good. I ve also 4 real (, first choice?) neca, I am curious to see the differences in painting details..

The Real and the KO's are made at the same factory from the same molds.
The ones that don't pass quality control get tossed, then Chinese factory says "Hey these ain't that bad, I'm gonna sell these on AliExpress or Ebay." I think that's how it works.

I don’t think that’s a fake!! Because for one ali express doesn’t sell any dutches and they are known to sell fake product. I just think those were made in the same factory but they just came out like that..pretty much they didn’t pass the overall inspection!!

fakes still great n eyes easily remyded with a bit of paint if u want im glad some1 made a fake as these were really hard to get hold of back in the day i keep wondering if they will be doing a shouty muddy dutch i actually passed on this1 cos of the t shirt but ive got the other 3
I know of bootleg figures but didn’t realize how common they are. There’s this guy that I go to for the Neca figure and good to know I should avoid his stall in the future. I don’t get much neca so that’s fine, but damnit he sells some sideshow stuff for an arm and leg. Good thing I don’t buy much from him.

Chick-fil-A in New York and most other states are kind of bad about Chick-fil-A in the south and specifically Florida is prime not gonna lie
I have a fake Stalker and Wasp Predator (the latter I didn't know til now) but I'd say they're pretty damn close to the real thing. Only the sloppy paint job on some parts give it away.
BTW, have you thought about doing a Fake vs Real Marvel Legends figures? I'm worried my Hope Van Pym figure could also be fake (bought her at the same event as Wasp Predator)
Anyway keep up the good work! Collectors need these kind of vids and there isn't that many of them...
So far the only Marvel Legend I got to was Deadpool. With that one there was definitely a difference between the 2 lol they have made other bootleg ML but I dont know all of them. They pick and choose instead of doing everyone.

All the bootlegs have sold out of this one. That usually happens when a figure becomes so expensive. The same thing happened with the red predator

eBay are shit unless your buying from pre owned but that's a gamble .. Amazon are good but the fakes still want you to come back so some are not bad . Ones been on the beach ... There did you get the fake version ?? And where did you get the real one ..job done ??!

Ya the eyes on the authentic weren't the greatest either but they have gotten better at making the eyes look nice. But the fake is just durpish
