- It's true. Mixing old and new in style is a great idea. In Ramos, Tarlac, civil engineer Gbong Suniga Jr. spent only P250-K to build this tiny house he settled on a tree. With what it's worth, it's impressive to see the aesthetic - the bahay kubo design made modern, the hanging garden inspiration, the outdoor hammock bed. Literally everything around the tiny home. And that concealed garage below the house. . . Who does that? Anyone who likes Batman would like that idea.

Superb nicely designed well done. Except for the aircon need to be redesigned it’s location not right inside kitchen while it’s suppose to cool 😎 outside kitchen area. Wrong placement other than that the entire house well planned neatly done ✅ All the best .

Agree with this, all is good except for the location of the aircondition. If it was place somewhere else like if it was place where the biggest space is, you can utilize it more especially if you have an inverter aircon. Placing it in the kitchen where heat is mostly emitted is not the best, maybe a fan or window or exhaust just so the air can easily flow in that small area.

I could have built an open kitchen behind the batcave garage, kasi napakaliit at inconvenient ng kitchenette. isa pa, aamoy sa buong bedroom ang kung anuman ang iniluto dun.
Ideal yun sa init-init lang ng tubig o prito lang ng itlog.
Pero napakaganda ng konsepto at design, Gustong-gusto ko.

Now i understand bakit 250k lang gastos nya, its because of old materials na ginamit nya sa iba, pero kung lahat yan bago i think sa ganyan design aabotin yan nang 500k pataas. Nagpapa gawa ako nang a frame house ngayon, and currently ang nagagastos ko ay nasa 400k na at hindi pa tapos. Its because bago lahat nang materials.

Ang galing! 250k lang. Yung door sa cr, pwede sigurong parang curtain lang since may door din naman from the bedroom to kitchen na pwedeng i lock. And yung aircon, pwede sigurong ilipat sa front. Ay ewan! Haha! Anyway, ganda parin sya. Fresh air pa. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I like this house, not for me but for my boyfriend.. for his own space.
the idea is beyond, lighting is perfect, but the only thing I care is the tree, if the tree getting older, I don't know how it would be manage, and second, I'm affraid if there's a storm with thunder. could be so dangerous. but over all, this house is a dream house especially for man!
