I felt safe, I don't know how else to describe it other than to say that they are truly our friends. We are so connected to nature but hard to see sometimes because of the world that we live in.

Maybe you could do a video where you talk about how you incorporate trees into your craft after reading this? What are the different ways you can work with trees/ bunch of tree spell videos? I've always been drawn to them and would love to work with them, although since I live in the tropics the trees I would get to work with would be completely different.
Huntington Library! Or there might be closer/cheaper arboretums, etc. Down in the suburbs we've got El Dorado Park and the Fullerton Arboretum, but that's kind of a trip for city folk. It's worth it, though. I can't tell you how amazing it feels to be surrounded by beings who are 30+ years old but still in their youth, whose connections to the earth are both deep and literal. Your lemon tree was probably happy to interact with more life too, being as it's growing in the concrete jungle.
I love tree magic :) I like to use specific woods to carve talismans, include bits in incense, and now I'm looking into making pens from different woods for specific spell work.
Hey Olivia, you seem to have a natural affinity for plants and, possibly, trees. Personally, I'm pretty hopeless with house plants. My Orchids are doing well but anything other than those seems to die... I think they sense that I find them unsettling when they make their night time growing noises and spasms. However, trees are super calming. The balcony of my apartment is within touching distance of a large willow (of which the resident squirrels take advantage - they come and much on the nuts I leave for them and tease my cats through the window 😆 ). The Willow supports so much life as well as the squirrels including a variety of small and large birds, insects and large mushrooms which grow on its uppermost branches. I feel very lucky to be able to see them as they are not easily spotted from the ground. But in terms of working with the tree, while it has many magical properties and uses, I tend to leave it alone... mainly because I'm afraid that it would go the way of my house plants...which usually wither as though Dracula has just entered the room. 😑 One tries not to take these things personally.

Has anyone ever seen through the soul of a tree. Like when my hand touched it I saw everything it saw since it started growing to the moment I was touching it. I like downloaded it's memory into mine.
I've been trying to learn to identify at least the more common trees in my area, and have been slowly working my way through all the free or $0.99 iPhone tree identification apps with mixed success... but a few features of certain trees have taken root well enough that I can recognize them on sight. It's actually a neat feeling to be able to walk past a small copse or grove and be able to think, "Oh, that's an X and it's used for Y" -- kind of like having secret friends scattered everywhere I go. :-)
Ah. So nice. I remember when I was little we had a sour cherry tree in our yard and my family cut it down.. I freaking loved that tree. So beautiful and healthy. And they cut it down :'( After that there was bad luck around the family.. Jeez, I wonder why...

Right beside and behind our house are 27 acres of Forest the trees are about 60 to 70 yrs old, (We have been here 70 yrs) Deer and Wild Turkeys visit our yard often and the woods are a great place to take a walk. The land may have recently been sold, we received a letter stating a company is planning on tearing down the woods and building 33 houses. Any possibility you know of any good Hex I can place on anyone who destroys the woods or how the Forest can protect itself. Thank You and keep up the very inspiring, informative high quality videos.

is there any rituals for cutting down a tree. i have two trees that my aunt wants to cut down . i have been connected with those trees since a kid. i have done meditation with them as well as talk to them. i feel like there should be something i should do for them before they get cut down can anyone give any suggestions. I have an oak tree in my backyard that tells jokes and gives advice.

Altan Animations yes, you can but they burn very quickly so be careful when you do. Juniper and cedar are also good choices.
