- In this video we visit a Las Vegas classic, the Ellis Island Casino. The Ellis Island is primarily known for its karaoke, cheap steak special, breakfast, and blackjack and craps.
The Ellis Island is located one block away from the Las Vegas Strip and has consistently provided locals and tourist with great deals in gaming, entertainment and food. Their new beer garden, the "Front Yard" is my absolute favorite part about this establishment and it's a perfect place to catch a sporting event. (not during the summer though LOL)
Note that I did not get to try their brewery because I'm currently doing a fitness challenge!

Love that ellis island ! Hit that steak and eggs last time around 2am. Won 600 bucks at a wheel of fortune machine and the redeemer gave me the 6 bills in $5s lol, wallet wouldn't shut. RIP 2pac , that intersection is where they got em 😢

Just went about 2 weeks ago. I’m not a member so we paid 14.99 for the steak dinner and it was actually very good and cooked perfectly. They also have a French onion soup that’s one of the best Ive ever had
Their promotions, table games, slots, and food options are amazing!
I just got back from Ellis Island! BEST STEAK AND EGG SPECIAL I’VE EVER CONSUMED! The steak was so well seasoned and juicy! The Eggs, Hash Browns, and Sourdough Toast made it The Holy Trinity on my plate! Definitely highly recommend going to Village Pub Cafe!

From the Linq Promenade, I walked underneath the High Roller, thru the back parking lot & turned right on Koval to Ellis Island. Their Prime Rib Special was excellent & at a great price! 👍
you're a great person for promoting a business that tells you to shut down the camera and delete it... they should be comping your food and drinks in exchange for the advertisement...
Some businesses just don't see or understand how social media is being consumed as the new form of advertising.

Ellis Island is a really great place to gamble and dine! I always like to stop there when I'm in town. They could enhance the property more and I might consider staying there. The pool needs an upgrade and maybe build a tower. If I'm in Vegas I want to feel like I'm on vacation. Fabulous work as usual, Jorge!
Jorge, great video as usual. Have you ever reviewed La Mojarra Loca? In the same strip mall there is an escape game place and a video bar place that claims to have one of the best selections of beer in Las Vegas. When we lived in Las Vegas 1994 - 2001 we'd go to Ellis Island for steak a couple times a month. At that time it was 6.99 !! Great video!!

Been to vegas over a dozen times in my life and have never heard of this place even though this is exactly the type of hotel/casino that i gravitate towards. This is exactly why I dont understand casinos not allowing filming. Its basically free advertising.

I read something on the net about Ellis Island -- which I've never been to -- getting a spiffy new taco joint or something. It made me eager to check the place out. Next time I talked with my friend who lives in Vegas and who used to drive Uber/Lyft there, I said, "Hey, I read about this place, Ellis Island, that sounds cool. Do you know it?" He laughed and said, "Oh, yeah, I know it. So does everyone in Vegas." "Oh. Why?" "Uhh, let's just say that most of the folks working at their bars aren't working for the casino." "Oh, you mean..." "Yeah. Whatever type and flavor you like." "Whoa. Okay, J, that place is definitely on our to-do list for Day One!" I haven't scoped it out yet, but I can't wait to go sight-seeing! (And cheap blackjack as a bonus! Heaven!)
The BBQ is amazing. I always get a full rack of ribs for dinner and their homemade root beer.

We go to Vegas at least twice a year (live in the Central Valley in California), and I’ve never knew about Ellis Island hotel and casino, we’re the main strip, stay at a hotel there, kind of tourist! Lol.. but it’s good to know about Ellis Island, interesting name from the original Ellis Island in N.Y. but clever to have an Ellis Island in Vegas, I’m sure a lot of people are curious of that place. Next time me and the hubby visit Vegas, we’ll go check it out! Thank you for sharing and information about Ellis Island! 😁

Very good place to eat. Got off the plane last summer and went straight there to get the prime rib special. It was outstanding. A few days later went to the beer garden, watched a game and had cheap craft beer and tasty appetizers. It kind of looks like a Super 8 from the outside but is a gem inside!
That might be because the hotel was a Super 8.
Was there in October, Christina was awesome, and so was the food!!

I just visited las vegas not too long ago and i can say that the food and price at Ellis Island was one of the highlights of my vacation.

This is why places should allow filming in their properties. I have seen Ellis Island in Las Vegas several times but had no interest in going there at all until I watched this video. Now it is actually on my list of places to visit next time so I can try that delicious-looking steak, pork bellies, and raider flatbread. I will not gamble there though since they kicked you out of the floor 🤣
Coming to Vegas for March Madness. The Front Yard looks like it might be a good place to watch some games.
The steak special is by no means gourmet but it's a great meal and I agree about the green beans, they're awesome.
Not even can do the 300 Japanese wagyu at SW Steakhouse
Great in the 1990's, but it's declined over the years. The price has gone up, you have to jump through more hoops, and it no longer includes the beer.
@@williamwingo4740 I didn't jump through any hoops and yeah I'm sure prices went up over a 32 year span.
Great place if you are on a budget, $5 3:2 Blackjack, great Tuesday/Thursday senior deals too. Great Fish and Chips too, prime rib deal. Negative is that there aren't a lot of machines or tables, tiny place vs. a megacasino. Parking free, but may be hard to get a spot when busy.
It was one of my favorite places of the whole trip!

The BBQ place at Ellis Island is where it's at though! Those ribs and chicken, and the corn. Toss in a few of those delicious microbrews they make there. I can almost taste it right now I miss it so bad!
Ellis is always a MUST GO TO when I am in Vegas! I recommend an Uber or Taxi from the strip even though its not a long walk...panhandler alert. Once you are there - I love he whole place!

I used to go once a week for their Steak and Shrimp but now I go for their Chicken Fried Steak 🤤 and Yesss, the Green Beans are the Best!

Order it with the white gravy. It is the gravy they use for the chicken fried chicken and chicken friend steak... SOOOOOO GOOOOD
