- There are many cheap eats if you want to save some money while traveling in #Seoul but still get some good #korean food at an inexpensive bite. Then I stopped by a photo studio to take some passport photos and I ended up looking like a #Kpop star.

I can’t help but feel his disappointment when he discovered that the ‘meat’ mountain was rather just a whole pile of bean sprouts. I too also hate it when vendors make a dish appear misleading.
I tried it, and it's not cheap
At least it was more food inside. Some places put ice inside.
Sprouts are known to be good for cough and cold, especially when cooked in soups.

It was bait and switch. But then again, the average person was not going to think that entire mountain was all meat.
This man has had 5 star gourmet meals but he still appreciates and loves street food and mom and pop shops. Amazing.
I’ve come to find street food can sometimes out do a restaurant just cause it’s raw and comfort foodish, even if you’ve never had that food before.
It’s genuinely surprising

Yep, and the price confirms it. $30 for a pile of bean sprouts, which you can get for less than $2, and some meat is ridiculously expensive

Korea and Japan always automatically beautify your photos because they are a huge part of their culture. The looks impress and every application or paperwork require photos.
You've inspired me to book a vacation to Seoul. I just came back from a vacation to Mexico, and although it was amazing, knowing the culture and language didn't make it feel like I was away. I want a culture shock. Korea seems so incredible.

There's a lot of passport photo shops like that in Vietname, too. When I was visiting Malaysia on tour from the United States, there was a commotion at the TSA area about photo like Mike, too. Those two ladies were asked to go into a separate area for further questioning.

ChrisG- idk where you go for street food hotdogs but in my area they usually grill them instead of boiling them.
I doubt a one 60 cent hotdog in a store bought pancake shell would count as gourmet same with the egg tortilla lettuce hot dog roll

I hate those gloopy whites too! Fortunately if you eat eggs on rice like my family, if the rice is very hot underneath you can smash up the egg and stir it through, and the whites will cook on the rice! My family likes slimy sunny side up too, I gotta flip mine in the pan for at least a few seconds.
