Strela is for multiple tasks boat, usable with propeller also. Super Jet is for wet stones only. But both very good in case right application.)

I really liked the video, do the support bars going forward and aft that attach to the transom come standard equipment on the 470 Super Jet. Is the additional tube on top of the main tube also standard?

No but there is a difference in performance. The super jet will run shallower with the same weight.
