Can't tell you what these playthroughs have meant to my own game. I used to fold so many pre-flop hands that I didn't think had value. I play more aggressively now that I know what to watch for and how to better read the board. Reaping the benefits! Thanks for taking the time to post these.

they're in a tournament playing loose, and implied odds hands have more value deep stacked, and less short stacked. Reverse with big off suited hands. There are so many factors, be wary of copying the cards he plays unless you understand the circumstances. Your learning should come from gto charts, there is a huge difference based on position, cash or tournament, and stack depth.

@@ok-kk3ic I don't agree. The decisions are usually very decisive, it's just that beginners don't know what they're supposed to do. I'd say every decision can be calculated pretty easily if you had enough time to think about it.

The key to a bluff is representing the winning particular cards in hand during preflop. Kind of like holding KQ and telling your opponent you have pocket 10's preflop. You've just created a seed of doubt, and a bunch of cards that they should or shouldn't be afraid of. It works if you have the image for it the first and only time you do it at a table 😜, winking at you Daniel. Never say your real hand still. It can be perceived as collusion.

You started playing super agressive right at the cut off for the money and in the ladder stages. Is that good for some reason like because the blinds are getting really high?

How do these tournaments work? Are they playing with real money? Or is it representative of chips and there is a payout depending on where you placed?

Curious about the over call w the flopped set of 5s. As an intermediate player I would love some info. On your play there. I usually always 3 bet in that rare instance but I also struggle w balance in my game. Response please!!!

I lost a much smaller hand where I had paired tens vs Kings and went all in. Feels good to have a pro validate that as a solid move, even though it does suck, lol.

To be fair the initial raisers range is MUCH wider - 1010 is usually good there (or at worst a flip which you need to win to have a chance in these tournaments)

It looks like every hand is a good hand your starting out with. If I started out with those hands I would be doing pretty good also. I actually would love to see every hand played even the bad hands or times you lost the hand. This video just makes it look too easy and you keep getting some good hands 😆 😆

River gods! BTW if you entered 100 MTTs at 15% field cashes, how many would you normally cash?

@8:00 - wondering what were other hands that could've given us value there, except for A high (which he luckily did have)? Or was it more to put in a blocker bet so he doesn't fire another barrel on the river?
