    Mudras have been used by yogis for thousands years from now . These days also guru n yogis like Baba Ramdev, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji , Sadguru, Osho recommend mudras for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Hast Mudra / Hand Yoga / Hand Gestures is a Technique that directs flow of energy into our body. According to the Yogic /science , the human body comprises of five basic elements - The Pancha Tattvas. The five fingers of the hand are connected to these vital elements in the body.
    In the Series of Hand Mudras this is first episode. In this video Surya Mudra Technique, benefits and precautions are included.
    Surya means ‘Sun’ and this mudra is known to increase the fire element in the body. Procedure to do this is by covering up the ring finger which represents the earth element with your thumb which represents the fire element. Fire is what spurs the digestive system - hence this mudra is best known for weight loss!

    किसी भी योग प्राणायाम मुद्रा से मोटापा कम नहीं होता इस तरह की गलत जानकारियों को देखकर यह सुनकर अपने जीवन में लागू ना करें जब तक एक सही दिनचर्या ना हो सही खानपान ना हो तब तक मोटापा कम नहीं होता

      हठ योग प्रदीपिका में 10 मुद्राओं और घेरन्ड संहिता में 25 मुद्राओं का वर्णन है। अपनी उंगलियों से हाथों को स्पर्श करके हम अपनी प्रवृत्ति, सोच को प्रभावित कर सकते हैंऔरअपने भीतर की आंतरिक शक्ति से शरीर को स्वस्थ कर सकते हैं।मुद्राएँ तंत्रिकाओं से संबंधित होने के कारण मस्तिष्क में अचेतन प्रतिक्रियाओं कोभी प्रभावित करती हैं। इस तरह आंतरिक ऊर्जा संतुलित होकर सही दिशा मे प्रवाहित होने लगती है और संवेदी अंगो, ग्रंथियों, तंत्रिकाओं (sensory organs, glands, veins and tendons) के परिवर्तन को प्रभावित करती है। सही दिनचर्या योग का अभिन्न अंग है।

      मैंने किया है 3 महिने में 5 किलो कम डाएट से वेट कम होता है लेकीन शरीर में अलग से नुकसान दायक बदलाव होते है| लेकिन योग और मुद्रा से नही आप करके देखो और उसके बाद लिखो योग के लिए संयम होना चाहिए |

    I have one question I will be happy if you could guide me.I do daily morning walk 1 hr I want to know is it ok while taking morning walk I do this mudra/ (2) while doing meditation can I use this mudra
    How many days it will take to show results in weight loses

      I do not recommend mudra while walking, during meditation gyan mudra will be better option, but yes you can practice this mudra too. results depend on your practice
