I am so excited to share this unboxing, testing and review with you! I have been wanting to get my hands on a cordless stand-up vacuum for so long, and bid adieu to my corded, bulky hoover. This vacuum on paper seems like the perfect fit, but will it live up to all its claims?
First, we can see a montage of the product from box to final set-up with the accessories attached and vacuum being tested. Once we have watched the opening montage, I open the box to go through everything included in the box (some accessories are not shown), and look at all the items in the box.
Opening up the box, I first take out the manual. It’s my first time opening the box and using the vacuum so I will be using the manual as a guide while I go through everything in the box and set-up the vacuum for use. There is a hard floor head, mini power brush, 150cm stretch hose, regular head, and a crevice attachment. I take all the parts out of the box and set up the vacuum ready to be used. I add the vacuum bag in (this vacuum has bags!) and then get the vacuum set-up to be charged. The charging time is a couple of hours, but we check in the next day for testing the vacuum.
To test the performance, I used the vacuum on a multitude of surfaces and with different attachments, and pressed the different boost functions and spinning carpet head.
At the end of the video, I share my closing opinion, which is that this vacuum is compact but has good suction with great hair collection ability, although the hair does have to get cut off of the spinning brush head in order to be suctioned up. While the price tag is quite high, it is currently on offer, and comes with a lot of benefits, such as the multitude of accessories, being able to go from standing vac to handheld, and the fact that it has a vacuum bag, meaning less dust and dirt inside the vacuum itself. taking the price down to a much more reasonable price point for a cordless vacuum. The price point is steep, but value compared to other vacuums is there in terms of adaptability and accessories. If you want something compact, with bags and easy to charge, this may be for you - but if you are looking for an all-in-one solution without having to adjust the suction and heads, you may be better looking at other vacuums. I’m hoping to get my hands on others so that I can make better comparisons in the future to best advise on what would be ideal for you. For my small flat, this is compact, tucks easily away and I love that it has bags so I’m not constantly cleaning out the dust cup.
Hope you guys enjoyed this unboxing, review and test of the Halo Capsule X Cordless Vacuum and let me know if you have any questions!

UPDATED REVIEW (JULY 2024): After using the vacuum weekly since April, I found it was great at picking up hair and as a handheld vacuum for hard to reach places, but I have ended up mostly using it handheld or just on the wood flooring due to the way that the vacuum picks up the hair I was having to use scissors to cut the hair out of the bristles and it was getting quite wound around and not suctioned up. I also found it wasn't as great after regular use on my high pile rug due to the way the bristle tool spins and kept getting caught on the fluffier, less traversed areas. On wood, I found I was leaning toward using the more powerful settings but it worked well and I found it especially great in the kitchen and hallway, easy to grab after cooking or eating due to it's lightweight. The weight overall is easy to hold. The crevice tool for handheld, as well as the other tools it offers is really handy. Battery-life has been fantastic, so it's a shame that it wasn't working as well as I would have liked on the higher pile carpet. I think if you have a small space with low-pile carpet and no pets, this vacuum will be what you need, but if you have high pile carpeted areas and pets or long hair, you may want to consider another vacuum. Hope this is helpful! Thanks for watching.

I like that it has a bag! Feels quite sanitary. I’m not very keen on the ones without.

I like your video, but if I were you, I'd keep the Hoover vacuum, why because you dont know how long a cordless will last some will last 2 to 3 years and some you will have to replace the battery one to two years do not keep use the boost mode or else you will shorten the vacuum and the battery life, use it as a quick clean up dont use as a major cleaning have a backup vacuum one cordless and one cord

While I completely understand where you're coming from, unfortunately I do not have the space in my home for two vacuums so I will hope that this cordless will last :) Thanks so much for your advice regardless.

@Gemtakesfoodpics if you have a large tile floor and some area rug, a cordless vacuum will be great for that, and another great thing that it uses a bagged it will last longer then a Bagless vacuum, I will tell any body that a bagged vacuum it could be cord or cordless will last longer, and a bagged vacuum have better cleaning performance meaning better airflow, and suction power then a Bagless vacuum, and last one why bagged vacuum it could be cord or cordless a bagged vacuum cleaner will protect the motor from future failure so all the dirt and dust will go to the bag instead of a filter.
