I had a wonderful experience with support. I had an issue with my cover fraying and they replaced it, and not only that they also sent a free pocket cover to store it in that I've never even seen sold on their website for extra protection.

Thanks for the comment and sharing your experience. It reminds me of when I first got my A5X and there was an issue with the folio. The pen loop broke and they sent me a new one right away.
