    I’m 5’11 187lbs. I have really bad mobility. But I’m pretty strong (bench=285, front squat=365, deadlift = 465, power clean= 250). My velo is around 83 mph. My mechanics aren’t great.
    Questions:
-Should I continue with a powerlifting split in the gym?
    -should I gain weight?
-how do I get better mobility
-how should I go about fixing my mechanics?

I’m in the same boat as you (I’m 6’1 195 ) my mobility isn’t bad, my mechanics just aren’t there and after throwing too much I have arm pain

@@XavierTerrell-jv7dk I’m now 204 lbs and throwing 86. Gaining weight and strength helped for sure

I'm 6' 175 currently playing high school ball. I'm not a PO, but pitching is my secondary. Fall ball comes to a close next week, and I have until January 22nd to get my mechanics down and Velo up. I have no way of catching with someone every day, as I do not have access to a daily throwing partner. What should I do?

    Those who can’t do, teach.
