you guys do notice that his first game he won, and he won the second game too, however, it said, "1 win streak" after the second game. which mean that he must have lost a game before the second one but didnt put it in a video.

The communication is ridiculously good, great gameplay. Beyond skill, you definitely need a team that talks so you know exactly what's going on at all times. Good stuff!
I guess at the very beginning they just filled up the slots like 1000 people who won all placements go into Masters, 2000 who won 3-4 placements got into Platinum and stuff like that just to fill up the divisions and then it would automatically take shape over time. The players who kept getting beat in Masters drop to Plat, if they fail there, they keep dropping etc. This way over time people will end up where they should be. I don't know if this happened but it could've...

he posts gameplays he feels worthy to upload usually that means winning but if its a good game and he loses he uploads but that's rarely the case for anyone

they don't lock you in but it becomes exponentially harder towards the end of the season to rank up in divisions.
To get in masters division you should actually play the game mode. For example when it's capture the flag, well go and capture the flag. And when it's search and destroy well plant the bomb. And when it's hard point then stay in the hard point and not guarding around the hard point.
2 good game plays again nade when I watched your first video I wanted to get to master but make it harder so I ha my first 5 games really bad so I get iron and work of that to get to master and yesterday I got master so now I'm rank 6 master because if you thanks for the inspiration your a great player
