Too bad Steyr-Puch closed and we cannot get modern generations of 500, G-Klasse, Pinzgauer or Haflinger. Austrians did a great cars, even if small amount of them.

Absolutely hated Daimler for inability to maintain these cars' greatness, simplicity and unique style. They turned G-Wagon into vulgar, pseudo-luxury useless SUV made of bullshit plastic.
Germans are Austrians made in China.
