Tony there is a small door at bottom of your washer. When machine is empty open, unscrew that big plastic screw on cap and pull small basket out. It needs cleaning. When its dirty it will not rinse water out of heavy items

Valtrex will greatly reduce your severity and the duration of the cold sore. When done , replenish the pills and keep them on hand until the next outbreak.
