Hi Mark in a word yes his hand comes a little further from his face than i teach but in essence it is the same however his foot position is a little weak to much toe on so unstable. But its a very natural throw and very easy to not only repeat but fix when something goes wrong in summery like the DD way its a throw for life. How many time have you herd a player say i was really good when i was young i have come back to darts and i just cant throw the same. Well thats because your not the same person as you were your muscle mass memory and mental capacity has all changed therefore your old complicated throw cant be regained. the DD way is a throw for life from your first ever throw till the day you hang them up for good and i have many players well into their 70s and 80s still playing to a good standard.
