Since this short is getting quite a bit more viewership and attention than I ever anticipated, I will try and give tutorials and more updates in due time, however I cannot put an exact timeframe on when that will be since I work a full time job and do Karting and Sim Racing at the same time, which as you can imagine takes up quite a lot of my time. But fear not, the track shape and size is unchanged, a lot more buildings and surroundings have been added thus far though. The long term plan is to create an imaginary late round of the 1999 NWC championship, I am still undecided on the track name and race sponsor and some other things at this point, so feel free to give your suggestions below (preferrably period accurate stuff) :) (also taking my hometown or county as the track name won't work since I'm from Austria - long time Nascar Stop Motion viewers might take that as a hint as to who I am :P)
@@1989worms1 I like it, I'd love to use it if it weren't for me already cloating the track with unical 76 logos (i think thats a fuel also, not sure :P)
Here is my suggestion: Speedway of Australia (International venue.) Located in Queensland, Australia. Main sponsors Are REPCO, Woolworths, and any sponsors you seem fitting. (If it isn’t clear I just really find the idea of an Australian NASCAR track really interesting.)
Sidenote: the track itself isn‘t actually that big, just the cars and all the facilities are about quarter size of 1:64 scale, this channel will be quite inactive for the foreseeable future, so sorry if I‘m unable to answer any questions/comments, but work on the track is still ongoing so that one day I‘m able to hopefully give a good stop motion here :)
Track: 9/10 it’s not that big but is still an amazing track Cars: 11/10 first stop motion I seen with different cars, they are amazing Stop motion: 10/10 you tried to make a reenactment a bit, I like your idea for the test stopmotion
Great stuff. To do stop motion you need to take the long term approach to making something 1 tiny piece at a time. Take the same approach with your film making, construction projects like the track and sets, and your channel overall and you will definitely be great in the end. Also, RECORD EVERYTHING - building/ modifying tracks or sets, making and painting cars, have somebody film you filming the stop motion and adjusting EVERY CAR between shots etc.. You can use the footage for additional content or to enhance your primary stuff. Either way I wish you the best of luck and I’m looking forward to seeing more in the future regardless of how long it takes.
This is the biggest track I have ever seen in NASCAR stop-motion history! I wonder how you made the track. I will love to see a stop-motion race in this track soon! I will make my own NASCAR stop-motion series called the NASCAR Total Cup Series. Keep up the good work!
