$10 eTalk Unboxing! - Does It Work?

Here's a phone that I found at a Family Dollar store near me for only $10. It's quite a miracle that they were still selling this, given that it was released in 2019.
However, knowing how these Verizon phones work, I wanted to test and see if I could get this phone to fully work, despite not activating it. My results are in this video. Enjoy!

i main’d this phone back in early 2022. it has MIDI compatibility (plug eTalk into a windows PC then load MIDIs from there) so if anyone wanted to have polyphonic ringtones in the present day with a classic phone design, you can with etalk. 99% of android cellphones can play midi music. Mine has those sticky rhinestones on them lol. Brought it out to mess with as i type this - the rhinestones are falling off it lol. Wish it had the thing to put phone charms on it. Also it has old photos of me from 2022 in it :)

It really blows my mind that anyone could still buy brand new/old stock things in your country.
And for only $10 😱😱
In my country the only "new/old" stocks are chinese clone devices which are questionable at best.

This phone is terrible. I found this eTalk from e-waste and the skinned Android it runs is extremely laggy. The only thing that's nice is that it's a flip phone which runs Android. Not even the cellular reception is good.
