- Today I'm remaking TS3 Deaths and ghosts in HD and merging all of the death in one video. This is all types of deaths and their ghosts from base game to into the future in The Sims 3. Enjoy!
Important notes before commenting:
-There's no new death in The Sims 3 Generations
-Vampires won't die by sunlight. They will only pass out and lose their power temporarily if left exposed to sunlight for too long
-Spontaneous combustion (from The Sims 3 Seasons) is another way to die but I didn't include it here because it's considered as death by fire.
-Lightning Strike (from The Sims 3 Seasons) is the same case as spontaneous combustion above because it's the same as death by electrocution (the ghost color and the animation)
-The "choking" death of your sim after attending an eating contest was actually a bug. It has been fixed in patch 1.50
-You won't die by kraken. If you get attacked, your boat will get destroyed. You will be left swimming in the ocean and that's that. .

Pets don't understand death, they clearly are just happy for attention despite the fact Grim Reaper is about to take their lives. They wouldn't be so happy and would respond with less enthusiasm to dying like us if they could comprehend what's going on. This is why I view animals so much more highly than humans as they're too innocent and require love and affection.

My favorite detail in the Sims 3 is that when someone dies, the surrounding sims immediately stop whatever the heck they’re doing and sprint full speed towards the dying sim, whereas in sims 4, a sim could be dying, and a surrounding sim would have to finish their conversation for 5 and a half years and casually stroll towards the body, and by that point, Grim already Reaped them.
Sims 3 is more realistic bc let’s be real if someone just died in front of you you would probably mourn them or be shocked.
gotta appreciate that in Sims 3 if a person dies, they'll just say, "hold on, gotta stand up to die real quick"
