@@jameshaas6115 Depends on how you see it. He could've shot a Spy and Soldier just didn't realise it. Friendly Fire doesn't exist under normal circumstances, after all.
But yeah, you can also say that, in order to show how much he fails, that FF did exist.
Edit: Realised the Scout screamed with the voice of a Scout, which is not what Spies do.
Also, he got fired.

Scout is run over by the train while escaping with the intel
Scout gets his ass beaten by Heavy
Heavy sits ontop of Scout eating Sandvich
The Failing Heavy
Heavy is backstabbed by Spy during "CRY SOME SOME"
The Failing Demoman
He gets shot dead by a turret
Demoman blows himself up with his sticky bombs
He dies from alcohol poisoning
The Failing Spy
"That would be your mother" scene would have pictures of Spy finishing before Scout's Mom.
He gets mowed down by Engineer's sentry turret trying to sap it
He gets a jar of jarate thrown at him by Sniper and is slashed by his machete
He gets sawn through his bones by Medic and gets the wrong disguise
Blue Spy finishes his sentence and Scout Spy is shot by Soldier
Ending with the main theme would be Spy struggling to fight against the three
Spy will swipe away all the wholesome photos and take the un-wholesome photo and mispronounce "my little cauliflower" in French.
Some more but I'll leave ya'll to do it.
I remember there's an old series like this called "Meet the BLU Team," maybe that'll help.

Meet The Fail-gineer:
Starts out normally with the Engineer playing his guitar.. however, his
guitar is either out of tune or he
can’t hit a single note (or both) for the entire duration of his “Meet The” video.
He gets shot in the head numerous amounts of times in the middle of his
sentences.
His bottle gets shot from his hands while he’s sipping.
First turret breaks while shooting.
Missile turret up on cliff ends up sapped by Blu Spy, preventing the “kaboom”, much to the Engineer’s chagrin
(“Aww damnit! Spy sapped my sentry!”)
These are just my ideas so far...

possible ideas.
(Note: I was high while typing all this;

Scout breaks the window
Medic incorrectly tells the story about the patient who was missing his skeleton
Archimedes stays inside Heavy
Heavy passes out from watching his heart explode
Medic uses the Loch Ness Hamster heart instead of the mega baboon
The new heart can barely sustain the pressure
Medic uses the vaccinator and doesn’t switch resistances
Scout and Demoman both die before Medic can heal them
Medic ubers Heavy with the bullet resistance ubercharge
The Soldiers kill them all
At the end, Medic botches up Scout’s surgery

Some of these fails do feel like they could have been apart of remastered meet the team videos.
Like sniper missing heavy and hitting demo's bottle, causing him to mentally malfunction and still blow everything up.
Or the one where he is on the call with his pop, and he pulls the cord out then the thing falls on him.
It really combines the serious nature of the characters as well as the goofiness of the game itself.
