I need help! When I install macOS High Sierra from the App Store the installer is only a 22.7mb file. Is that normal? I follow all the instructions in your video however at the very last part when I hit enter it says "macOS High Sierra.app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application." - what am I doing wrong? I am beyond confused please help
Are you installing on a Mac PC? If you are, you can ensure that you have logged into your apple account for the Apple App store.
I downloaded high Sierra but there is nothing in applications. just says I can't install it....then there is nothing in applications.
Lifesaver
the "get" button is grayed out for me and says not compatible with this device.
Download and use Google Chrome browser. That might fix it.
