Evaporate cooling works by employing water's large enthalpy of vaporization. The temperature of dry air can be dropped significantly through the phase transition of liquid water to water vapor (evaporation), which can cool air using much less energy than refrigeration.
It's very simple homemade air cooler using waste materials.

+mehbubul shorove use distilled water or you could add some silver so it will act as a biocide, no algae or bacteria will grow on it so no fowl smell will occur
