When you think of the northeastern United States, “country music” is probably not the first thing that pops into your mind. But according to numerous metrics, country music is becoming increasingly popular outside of the midwest and southern U.S. We went to the tailgate of a popular country act called Florida Georgia Line to find out why people in Connecticut are turning to country music.
