Killer video bro, my Triaxis features on my channel too, they're a lifer!!
Big fan… of Agnes Moorehead & the Triaxis 🤘🏻
Great video. Explaining the switching and a run through of the modes. Nice.
Depending on the version - the 'marshall' mode (V1) was changed to a Rectifier add in board (V2. TX-4board) until the parts became unavailable.... then it changed back.
What size of strings are on your guitar ? 012 ? Thanks for this detailed video of the majestic sound of this preamp.
I think 09s at the time
This is my next preamp ..I have the Mesa boogie 2:100 rectified power amp ..I think they will pair well ..great vid bro ..subbed
Thanks man! Welcome!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks!! I use the triaxis with a mesa 50/50. Thinking about swapping it for a 2:90 when i van find one for a decent price. I have the dynamic voice modded. I hear allot of people about using external eq instead of the dynamic voice.
Hey! Thanks for the reply! Yeah the 50/50 is an amazing option as well, a friend of mine has one, sounds amazing. I didn't want to get too deep into the dynamic voice topic, still figuring out how to make these videos, but definitely it can be tweaked and adjusted. It works well, but since it is only one control, it is very hard to be surgical...
As an upgrade for the dynamic voice, the opamp (TL072) stock, can be swapped with a high end audio amplifier opamp, such as LM4562 - gives it another layer of fidelity.
Cheers!
