I had a childhood dream of experiencing rural and natural life, and my father made this childhood dream come true by building this cottage. Living in the village has taught me many experiences about knowing the nature of animals and the ecosystem cycle of the world around me.
With soil, water, plants, it has always given me a great sense of life and freshness, and we try to preserve our ancient and ancestral traditions with this way of life.

Red spotted trout!
This is a rare fish in our area that lives in freshwater rivers
Today we will cook this fish sauce with very tasty vegetables and dill pilaf which multiplies its pleasure, this is one of my favorite foods that I can not get enough of eating 😋😅
The sausages used in this fish sauce are: green and red bell peppers, pepper, coriander and cumin, which are fried in animal butter and flavored with fresh lemon juice, respectively.
Two cups of rice
Dill 100 grams
100 grams of butter
Fish in the required amount
Liquid oil
Salt and pepper as needed
A quarter red and green bell pepper
Red and green pepper one
Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin in the required amount
100 grams of coriander
2 sour lemons
