Today I made animal butter with my own hands for home consumption
Here animals have a great impact on people's lives, including the preparation of dairy products from cow's milk, which is done in different ways. One of these delicious dairy products is natural animal butter, which is rich in a variety of vitamins useful for the body and fat. Saturated type is good and ultimately beneficial for the health of the body.
Making local butter from yogurt has been one of my favorite experiences in my rural life that I enjoy repeating every time
I will write the necessary tips for you to do this right below and in the next videos I will share the preparation of local milk yogurt with you, thank you very much for accompanying us 🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
Preparation method:
Pour the pre-prepared local yogurt into a butter bowl and add some cold water
We close the container tightly and start shaking it, and if it is inflated in the container due to the gas inside, we empty it from the special gas place. After about two hours of shaking the container with a stick, we put the butter inside the container. Check that it is completely ready
Then we pour the contents of it, which includes buttermilk and butter, into a large pot and separate the butter from the buttermilk.
Clean the butter inside the separated butter by hand and with a full shake so that it does not make the butter taste sour.
Our local butter is ready 👍🏻

Here in India in my village we call butter as "Nauni ghee" . After heating it and cleansing we get pure "Desi ghee" which is very healthy and tasty.
