How do you get those artifacts that were mentioned in the video also how far into the game do i need to be in order to get them?
Emblem of Severed Fate in Inazuma. You might be able to unlock the strongbox feature to get them before that though (not sure). The rest are in Liyue and Mondstadt.

What's about double HP or double HD or mixed HD+HP sets for C6 Yelan? It's totally not the "ULTIMATE GUIDE"!
I mentioned those in the main Artifacts section, if you'd watched it.
@@ScionEXP You told about HP% or HD% mixed with 2psc eosf or with each other, no word about 40% HP or 30% HD combination. Even if you pull an owl on a globe and imagine that these combinations were also taken, then you said further that they are not even close to the eosf, what an absolute lie for C6 Yelan. Even 15% HD + 20% HP much stronger for C6 Yelan tnan 4-set eosf. And judging by what I have already managed to find, only the damage calculator will say that 30% HD or 40% HP is better for specific artifact substats.
I said 4 EoSF was clearly better than the rest for C0 since it helps with her Energy requirement and gives more damage the more you build, and that 4 HoD opens up for C6. With that said, 4-Emblem is still not a bad option. When I was going through the 2-sets, I did mean any mix of pairs would be about the same. I don't imagine many people are going to fret over a 5% damage difference, but if they are then I did leave the KQM guides in the description.
