China has banned international students and suspended all scholarships indefinitely. I know because I’m a CSC scholarship recipient and all my scholarship has been suspended indefinitely so I’m paying full tuition while attending mediocre-quality online classes indefinitely. Previously I was told I would be given back my scholarship if and when I return to China for my studies. However now my school says CSC scholarships won’t be given to us stuck abroad. Don’t choose china. Most countries have opened their borders to students. China is one of the selfish exceptions, altho it did open to Korean students and NYU students for political reasons.

Language would be a major obstacle not necessarily the cost.
