It's hard to say if those Pigeons are road-legal, but they do look like fun! Great mod 👍
as far as america goes the emissions would be thee biggest problem since it's from the 90's. but some places count swapping the frame as building it from scratch and exempt it from a lot of things. as long as it has factory seatbelts or a harness and all the correct lights, it's probably legal to register.

When you hit the palm tree with the first one, the driver sits on the right side so they weren't cuddled up to the front wheel! LOL It would still hurt really, really bad though.

Also F.Y.I Neil Choptop means that the roof was cut and welded back lower from the orginal, so the overall height is reduced. It's a common things people do in Hotrod/Ratrod that sort of things...

The engine being placed behind the front axle tickles me. No positioning is going to fix that weight balance
What's wrong with that weight balance? It's pretty common in dirt track to move the engine as far back as rules allows to more weight off the front axle and onto the rear
