    I hate to sound like a WTF. But i had to point out how the Base is uneven and the chocolate was dry. Raymond must see exactly how hard his dishes are to create . this one dish. I know you need alot of muscle for this dish

      The icing sugar not only decorates the delice but will counter the bitter chocolate. then again, what does a 2 michelin star chef who's done it for 30 years know....
