    Affinity Chromatography is a technique to isolate a specific biomolecule from a more complex mixture. This assay is based on the strong biological binding interaction between two molecules. One of them is used to "catch" the other one.

      Affinity chromatography is widely used in biotechnology and biomedical research to purify and isolate specific proteins, enzymes or other biomolecules for downstream applications such as structural studies, functional assays, and drug development.
