I tried the Starbucks creamer and I didn’t like the white chocolate mocha either but I recently tried the caramel macchiato flavor and that one is really good!

I totally feel that! I'm also still closely monitored but will also have to have open surgery, because scar tissue has blocked all the areas in which I could have access so definitely understand! Haven't had open heart surgery since birth! I'm proud we are killing it in college though

There’s a free app called cam scanner, and I’m sure there are others, that allows you to take photos and turn them into PDFs. I use it all the time to take photos of diagrams, convert to PDF, then airdrop to my iPad so I can practice. In case you get tired of making the diagrams in the clear pouches :)

I had lithotripsy yesterday at my local hospital. It was at the outpatient center. I had two techs working on me. Lol. One of them even put on my socks. Lol

MRI’s are no joke! I know how you felt cause I had one done few years ago and I was ready to walk out too but tech was kind enough to talk to me and tell me funny thinks and check up on me every minute, so I finished it! It is so close to your face and being claustrophobic can be very hard on ones body!

The white chocolate mocha creamer is not very good, I do not recommend it either! It doesn't taste anything like the Starbucks drink. The pumpkin spice one and the caramel macchiato one are the most accurate in my opinion!

I was confused about that too like wow! My professors don’t care if you’re sick, if you miss an exam you get a 0.
How do you normally space out your classes? Do you prefer to have two days full of classes or do you space it out from Monday through thursday’s in the mornings only? 🤔
And don’t you dare be ashamed to admit that you’re scared! You are allowed to feel however you feel!
I had to have a HIDA scan done during college and because my doctor didn’t tell me what would happen, I went to the er the night before convinced I was dying(nope- just a panic attack) The er doctor was so nice and explained what the scan was about haha I was embarrassed but I was alone and terrified. And that’s ok! Any prospect of surgery is scary! But this will make you a better pa for your patients because you’ll be able to empathize with them more!
Still can't believe we go to the same university lol I have thyroid issues (still not on meds though) and they recently discovered that I have a mild tricuspid valve regurgitation so I know how you feel. I'm scared to do any activities that will get my heart beating fast (I always take the elevator because going up the stairs gets my heart beating hard and fast) even though my cardiologist said I'll be fine and won't need surgery until I'm 70 or 80 but I'm still freaked out about it

I was pregnant and had an mri and it was so painful and so uncomfortable. It lasted for about 30 to 45 mins I’m guessing but I can’t remember for sure. It was years ago.
*correction I believe it was a ct scan but either way I had to go in the small little claustrophobic tube and it was horrible

You might be at the point where you can do the non-invasive (i’m imagining you mean the TAVR procedure?) when it’s at the point you will need surgery. It’s also a good thing you’re NOT a candidate for it because that usually means that you’re too high-risk for open-heart surgery. And that’s not a good thing at your age.

Be grateful for your life but at the same time don't compare your conditions to other peoples conditions. Focus on your own health. I love watching your videos. You motivate me very much to keep pushing. I also work 20 hours per week, have 3 classes, and I also have pets.
