The most reliable way to turn on a servo axis before any motion instructions are to make sure there are no faults while also double-checking that the servo has not already turned on.
This can be done in many different ways so this video is for example purposes only.
Just keep in mind that the two major things to verify before any motion commands turn on are that the servo is not faulted & that it is turned off.

I need help with motion instructions - specifically the definition, purpose, and good examples of the utilization of these components: merge, merge speed, lock position, lock direction, event distance, and calculated data????

Hi, I have one doubt . Rs logic 5000 and Studio 5000 softwares are same or different ?
RSlogix 5000 & Studio 5000 are the same foundational software with slight differences between versions used, it is a constant improvement from version to version.
Saying the word doubt is something you should keep to yourself because if there is one thing I learned in automation, it's never to doubt anything.

File share is version dependant as well, meaning, you would have to have that version I used.
