**SAFETY ALERT**
It was brought to my attention that if you do not add the room temperature broth to the hot liquid BEFORE adding the flour on top, the mixture begins to bubble and create pressure that could lead to burns. PLEASE make sure to use an actual canning jar with a metal lid AND add the 1/2 cup of room temp or cold stock to the hot liquid (this cools it down enough) BEFORE adding the flour. I do not want anyone to get hurt while making a recipe of mine. Love you guys!

45 years ago my pressure cooked stew was legendary within our joint families; I haven’t done it for 20 years or so as I fell out of love with noisy, dangerous pressure cookers. I now use ninjas every day and tried out this recipe in my 15 in 1 today - OMG Louise, I followed it to the letter and it was OUTSTANDING! I was literally making silly noises with every mouthful! Anyone new to Ninja or The Salted Pepper HAS to make this!!! Loved it!
Hi there, this stew is my first ever Ninja Foodi cooking. Thought I will follow this recipe because so many (read all) of you have praised this. It is in making, now pressure cooking stage. So far smell is beautiful, I let the vine nicely evaporate the alcohol and all is prepared.
Louise, I really like the way you make these vlogs. Your pronunciation is clear, you don’t repeat same sentence over and over again, you don’t mumble, you don’t rush all over. You cook and make cooking look easy and results are delicious looking. Thank you for having time for us mortals ;)
Edit: I had my doubts, but it was wonderful, tender, tasty, probably the best stew I have ever tasted.
Thank you so much for the kind words and I thrilled that you loved the beef stew!
I have made this before and went back to it today. I checked out other beef stew recipes but let me tell you,…. I had a hard time finding someone that showed or walked you through the settings and how to do them. I need this because my memory is horrible after a stroke. I searched and finally found that I had subscribed to your channel and was able to find you and this recipe again. Thank God that I was smart enough to do this, because I needed the way that you teach us! BRAVO, ONCE AGAIN I MADE A GREAT STEW! Thank you so much! ❤❤❤❤❤
I just want to say thank you… I bought my ninja foodie two months ago, I read some books and then all of a sudden I realized I am not comprehending what I am reading I need a visual learning experience on how to use my ninja foodie… Well there you are and I must say your beef stew recipe was very well explained not only with the ingredients but how to use the ninja foodie pressure cooker💕
Thanks again for your simplicity and teaching me not to be afraid🤦🏼♀️
Thank you for your videos! I’m a retired engineer, & the ninja foodi was OVERWHELMING to me! I felt helpless, & THEN I found your videos!!!!!! Thank you doesn’t seem to express how much you have helped me ❤️
Thank you so much!
This stew is sooo delicious ! My 11 year old son is usually pretty picky eater, but all your recipes he gobbles up and asks for more. Thank you!
That is awesome! Thank you!
Hey there, I watched your video last night and did a "Cook Along" with you, except for the biscuits. My beef stew turned out fabulous! Thank you so much for the effort that you put into your videos. Your instructions are so clear and easy to follow. Your tips are also very helpful for "Ninja Newbies" like me. I have tried many of your recipes and all have been great. Keep cooking! Thanks for sharing.
That is awesome!
I eat the full pan it the best strew i.ve ever made mate
Would I sound crazy if I said this woman is my Hero?! Everything I have made has been excellent. So happy with my Ninja Foodi
She has a great channel
Thanks, Susan! I am thrilled that you are enjoying my recipes and having great success! I think I'll leave the hero thing to our first responders and our military, that pressure is too much for me! Have a great day!
Thank you so much!
I agree Susan, Louise is pure dead brilliant as we Scots say
No, because you're paid by the same people she is. Ninja food thingy is garbage. Air fried foods smell of electronics and paint. Junk piece of garbage, designed to make people that don't know how to cook buy a thousand bucks worth of accessories.
I just made this tonight, and I had to let you know it was the best beef stew I ever made!! My husband, who is very picky, loved as well! Thanks so much for the care and love you put into your recipes and videos! Stay well and happy holidays!🥰
Thank you so much and I'm so happy you both liked it!
Made this today and was devoured by all. I did the biscuits too and used Greek yogurt and did them on grill (broil) for 10 mins as recommended and they were amazing!! Definitely doing this again.
YOU ARE AMAZING!! I love all the tips and why... size cuts of onions, not running mushrooms under sink water, how to use foil and why! Using the air fryer and more. I am 58 years old and I “used” to love cooking. I just found you yesterday and I can’t stop watching. YOU have rè-ignited my passion for cooking. Thank you, thank you! It’s like I am learning how to cook all over again - only to a whole new level. God bless you & please keep up the awesome videos 🥰🥰💝💝
I made this for dinner and instead of biscuits, I made dumplings! OMG, it was another winner!! You are the best!
Made this tonight, and it was absolutely incredible! Wow! Definitely going to make it again! I really appreciate how you've timed everything so there is great flow to the cooking and chopping and cooking. Perfect beef stew!
Glad you liked it!!
I just bought my first ninja Foodi. I have never cooked with anything other than an oven. I watched this video and ran out immediately to purchase the items needed. I was blown away. The taste is amazing. The smells that permeated through my home we’re to die for and the ease of making this was wonderful. Now mine was not as thick as yours but for a first timer I will take it. I have started to watch more of your videos and want your cookbooks. I will be ordering today. Thank you so much for doing these videos and helping people like myself who have busy days with little down time to cook. The ninja is the best investment I have made. You and the ninja Foodi are amazing!
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy cooking in the Ninja Foodi as much as I do!
Well No More fence sitting. I'm getting me an 8 quart.
My experience was similar. I just wrote a comment, and I used the exact same phrase, "blown away" when describing the taste. Also, the next day, when returning home after running an errand, I noticed my house smelled wonderful.
How do you sauté
I’m headed out tomorrow to buy my Ninja Foodie!!
I originally was doing this in crock pot with mother in-law and realized the crock pot was not working well, I found your video and followed where the pressure cooking started and saved our stew. It is amazing and finishes much sooner. Thank you, you were very easy to follow.
Followed this recipe to the letter and I have to say this was the best beef stew I’ve ever turned out! ❤
I love this recipe!!!! Thank you for taking us along with you when you try new things. I truly appreciate the fact that you show us that it isn't necessary to be perfect to have great results
You are so welcome!
OMG...looks wonderful...can't wait to make it. Louise, I could watch your videos all day long..you're the best 💚
Thank you so much and I hope you love the beef stew!
That was hands down the BEST beef stew I’ve ever eaten. Thank you so much for sharing your delicious recipes.
Glad you enjoyed it
I’m so grateful of your work. Thanks for putting this out there 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙂🙂🙂
You make these recipes look really doable. Thank you for your straight-forward videos.
Glad you like them!
Never in my life had I been able to make a decent beef stew. I made it this evening following your recipe and tips and it was GLORIOUS! I pressure cooked it in low, though, but it came out just fine - tender and delicious. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you enjoyed the stew!
I made this tonight and it came out soooo good. THANK YOU. I watch all you're videos
I never really cared for beef stew until I came across this recipe. I made it two days in a row (minus the mushrooms) for my family, upon there request, and it’s the best beef stew any of us have ever tasted! Thank you so much for all of your amazing videos and recipes!!
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you all enjoyed it!
I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I made the biscuits as well. I left the biscuits in for the full 10 minutes. Another two thumbs up from my two picky eaters. Thank you so much for another delicious recipe Louise.
I’m so glad to hear that!
Yeah, I just made this Beef Stew , THANK YOU- THANK YOU- THANK YOU LOUISE , for Helping me Fall in LOVE 🥰 With Cooking Again. I know this is one of your Older Videos, But its New to me👍👩🍳💁♀️🍷🤗😘 xoxo , Susan
That is the nicest thing I can ever hear! I'm so glad you are enjoying cooking and I hope you loved the stew!
Thanks a lot!!! Really! This was the first recipe I ever made with a Ninja Foodi and though I could not make the two level cooking (using the OL501 model), the pizzas turned out beautifully. I received tons of compliment from my husband and he almost never gives me some. Kids were so happy too. I'm thinking seriously about suscribing to your classes. Thanks again
Love your videos. I make this once a month and I watch it every time cause we are cooking together... You are an amazing cook
I don't even have a Foodi yet but because of how well she explains everything easy to understand, I'm now motivated to buy one immediately. I am excited about trying all these different recipes with it and I will learn a lot from her.
Wonderful! I hope you enjoy the Foodi when you get one!
Having just got my 6.5 Ninja Foodi, I am addicted to your channel. It is absolutely fantastic watching all the recipes you can make. You give me the confidence to really get stuck into using it. I actually made a roast pork dinner, and the crackling on the pork was superb - better than anything I ever made in the oven. Tomorrow I'm going to have a go at making a currant cake.
Awesome! Thank you!
Just made this again, but this time I listened to your Husband and doubled the meat.
We used beef and Northern Canada Moose.
Turned out fantastic.
Love how simple and quickly it comes together.
You are our Ninja go to.
Thanks so much.
Plus, I get to finish the bottle of wine we opened. 🍷
Haha
Just got my ninja yesterday and today is beef stew for tea using your video and recipe. My father is currently recovering from a heart attack so he needs healthy food so you are a real angel for sharing this. Thank you
Hope your father has a quick recovery and enjoys the stew!
I just made this, minus the biscuit, and it is the best beef stew I have ever made! Thank you for the step by step recipe. 💜
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Just finished cooking mine for the very first time and I have followed your recipe - love it 😊 Thank you
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you so much. I just got the Ninja Foodi Deluxe 8 quart....and you showed me how make beef stew in it....love you love you....my husband love you more because he is the one that wanted it...LOL I can not thank you enough for sharing your craft
Thank you so much and I'm so glad you and your husband enjoyed it!
Just bought a Ninja Foodi and this was the first ever thing I made.... And what a success it was.
My wife is always apprehensive about new recipes so wasn't too sure when I said I was trying a new stew recipe instead of the normal slow cooker one but she loved it.
There is so much flavour to it, even though I didn't add any Worcestershire sauce(an error as I thought we had some when we didn't) and the meat just melted in your mouth.
I added some smoked paprika to my flour mix and added celery as well to ours.
Thank you for this, I shall scroll through your other recipes now for my next meal.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Great Stew Beef, wow we are so fortunate you made the choice to help us learn how to use our Ninja Foodi, we are as amazed as you taste and love your creations.Blessed indeed! Thank you so very much for helping us! That’s great.
Our pleasure!
Excellent methodology for a beef stew.
I cannot have any alcohol at all (liver transplant 2 years ago), but I have found that substituting red grape juice in lieu of red wine yields virtually indistinguishable results (according to my dinner guests). I use white grape juice for chicken, shrimp and veal dishes. I use a 1:1 ratio. Just in case there are other alcohol intolerant folks out there. Thanks Louise for your great presentations.
That's a great tip, thanks for sharing!
@@TheSaltedPepper You are very welcome. Also, I found that if the juice is too sweet for some folks, adding a tablespoon of white vinegar, or even red wine vinegar, helps to back the sweetness off a bit. Have a great holiday and thanks again for all your efforts.
Been following you for awhile..... decided to make this tonight and while there it took a little more time than I expected (15 mins to start to pressure cook for 2 mins) it came out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I loved it! Great job. Looking forward to more recipes!
Great to hear!
Thanks a lot ,you make it look so easy which is good because I'm a 67 yr old male and never really cooked before but having just purchased the ninja foodie my wife loves it cos its the first the first time I've taken interest in cooking.I will definitely try your beef stew recipe and I've learnt how to sautéed with the ninja something I didn't know before I saw your video. I will definitely be tuning in to your vids in the future. Thanks a lot .cheers.
I hope you enjoy it!
Hey Salted Pepper. We made this recipe tonight after watching your video. Oh my god. It was amazing. We all had an super taste experience. Thank you. We added English dumplings and sautéd then for 13-15 minutes. The whole house loved it.
Oh YAY! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Oh, this looks amazing!! My grandma got me a foodi for an early birthday gift and I can’t wait to start cooking with it 🥰🥰
Happy birthday!! I hope you enjoy your new Foodi!
Just bought a Foodi and yours is the best you tube For clear instructions. Here in the North of England we would have dropped the biscuit dough straight into the gravy to cook, some call them dumplings but when I was growing up they were dough boys.
Thank you so much!
Made this tonight as my first recipe out of my new ninja foodi! It was so good! Thank you for this great video!
Hi Louise! You’re putting my local Grub Hub out of business. With everything I learned from watching you, I had the confidence to try air fried pork chops today! Couldn’t believe how fast and how good! Thank you so much for taking the time to teach technique. It’s given me so much more confidence in the kitchen!
You are so welcome!
@@TheSaltedPepper I prefer to use a Slow cooker so I can buy the cheapest Beef. But normally add a Tea spoon of Marmite, Vegemite or Yeast Extract. I have a smallish Electric Slow Cooker and quite often use Shin of Beef for the meat? Here in the U.K we sometimes make Beef Stew with Scone like biscuits cooked on the top of the actual Stew but we call it Beef Cobbler?
I really enjoyed this video! I’m definitely gonna make this very soon as the weather is cooling off and I love beef stew when it’s chilly outside. I like a bit of a tomatoey gravy so I will probably add a can of diced tomatoes. Loved the addition of the drop biscuits. Thanks, Louise!
Thank you! I know a lot of people put tomatoes in their beef stew and you certainly can add them at any time. If they are full of liquid, you might consider dropping the beef stock down by a bit.
Very good
Where can l buy this çòoker please
I live in leelàñď
Omg, i just made the beef stew and its awesome. I love thst it didnt take all day like traditional stew does in the slow cooker.
This was the best beef stew I have ever had thank you so much. My family really enjoyed this recipe, it a game changer for our family. Delish.
Glad you enjoyed it
Lou please stop making me hank marvin lol. I need to quit watching you but I'm addicted to your videos lol x
LOL!
Made this stew last night. It was perfect! Thank you.
Thank you so much!
Wow! This is the first time I try one of your recipes and I’m so glad I did! This tastes amazing!! My whole family loved it and my teen is hard to please!!😅😅. Thank you!!❤
I made this the other night during our historic Texas snowstorm and freeze. It was delicious and just perfect for the weather. My husband loved it too!
So glad you both loved it!
This is my third dinner made using your recipes, and it was delicious. The only thing I did differently, was I placed dumplings (Australian for biscuits) directly onto stew. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes and your easy to follow instructions .
Thank you so much! I appreciate your support!
Made this tonight , it was so good ! Love these videos . So well executed and with lots of additional information. Thank you Louise 😊! ❤
You are so welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed the stew!
You will be making more mate only the wine i did not add but was it nice i eat the lot Mate
I just got the ninjia Cant thank you enough for the cooking instructions and help
I’ve cooked the spaghetti, beef stew and gumbo recipes. Wow they were all fantastic. I’m not amenable to sea food so dropped the shrimp but still everything was cooked to perfection. Thanks for yummy recipes. Mixing all the seasonings is super arcane. I know NOTHING about that but I just follow the directions and something wonderful emerges from the Foodi when the lip is opened. Pot roast is next on the cooking agenda.
Thanks Louise
I'm so glad you have enjoyed my recipes!
I made this and had to make more because it went so quickly...will have to do the biscuits next time. Thanks for sharing 👍😁💗
So glad you enjoyed it!
This morning my heart skipped a beat upon seeing the facebook link to this video. I have enjoyed every single one of your videos, but *THIS* one was what I was waiting for! I'll be making this in the very near future, that's for sure! 😊
Thank you and I hope you love it!
I got a Ninja Foodi for Christmas from my husband. I have been searching for quick and easy recipes that my family might enjoy. We have such busy lives with work and soccer. I followed the recipe for Beef Stew. It turned out great and was so easy. I loved the video. I can't wait to see what other videos you made for the Ninja Foodi!
Thank you! I have a lot of videos and recipes. Almost all of my recipes have step-by-step videos, so you might want to look at my website to see what recipes you are interested in. The links to the videos are in the recipes as well. thesaltedpepper.com
Made this tonight as my first meal in the foodi and oh my goodness what an amazing appliance I am so glad I found your channel so I can see step by step how to make amazing meals ty form 🇨🇦❤
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
Great beef stew! I've made it several times, though I'm always trying to up the taste of what I cook. I added a tablespoon of maple syrup and a can of Campbell's tomato soup. A good tip to pass along is, when you make your slurry, use room temp liquid...it helps to not worry so much about the clumping. I find the warmer the liquid, the more chance of clumping. thank you for your channel.
You are right! For some reason, I had it backwards.
I just made this stew and it gets a 10 from me, my wife, and son. Thanks for your great videos and great recipes. Thanks.
I am so glad you all enjoyed it!
I make dumplings with 100g self raising flour (if no s.r.flour - use a teaspoon/sachet baking powder) 50g suet, 5 tablespoons cold water - just those three ingredients although you can add herbs/salt. Bring it together with a fork or knife. Don’t use hands or mix too much roughly divide in half then quarters etc until you have a number of walnut size pieces add the to the stew for last 20 minutes - they will double in size at least
That recipe is AMAZING! The stew turned out GORGEOUS and flavourful! 10/10!!
Also, thank you for all your Ninja Foodi recipes!! That was the best purchase EVER!
OMG It is freezing tonight in Texas and I am salivating over your stew and I am Irish so I know a good stew when I see it lol.
Thank you so much!
Thank you for your videos. They actually help me calm and relax plus I'm learning how to use the ninja pot and cook all kinds of things. You make it look as if I'm in the kitchen with you just having a conversation and cooking together, it's cool💖😁
That's awesome! I hope you are loving your Foodi!
@@TheSaltedPepper definitely!😁
Looks absolutely delicious. Another good winter comfort food. Can't wait to try it.
It's become my favorite!
That looked very yummy! I just might have to make that this week! Thank you for the demo! 👍😊
I hope you love it!
I am sooo gona make this! I just bought a Ninja last week and made a stew but this looks amazing! I’ve signed up to your news letter on your website for more recipes.
Awesome! Thank you!
MAde this for dinner last night. It is fabulous~~~ Thank you so much for the easy to understand instructions.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the stew!
Thank you so much for your vids!! I am new to the Ninja Foodi club, I have been binging your vids I love all the tips and the recipes they are helping me sooooo much!!! ♥️😘
You are so welcome! I'm glad they are helpful!
We made this and it was awesome! Definitely will be making it again. Also made the biscuits, threw in half a cup of old cheddar cheese, they were to die for!
Tonight we tried our own soup recipe and I’m just whipping up these biscuits to have with it.
So good!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Looks and sounds amazing! Just got a Ninja Foodi for my birthday and I can’t wait until I try it! 😀
Hope you enjoy it and congrats on the new Foodi!
Louise, you could put your drop biscuits on top of the stew, cover and cook for the amount of time for them to cook. They would have been like dumplings. I had a neighbor in New Orleans who cooked that way, it was yummy. I really enjoyed watching your videos today, thanks for sharing your recipes and your suggestions.
That's what we do in the UK. We call them dumplings and just drop them on the stew
such a good teacher I plan on making this in my ninja foodi your teaching me a lot how to use this. I love your scoop thing got to look for something like that.
Thank you so much!
This is the 1st thing we made today using our Ninja Foodi that we just bought here in the UK .. We all agreed that this is by far the best tasting Beef Stew we ever made .. Big Thanks, the taste was unbelievable ..
That looks amazing!! I normally always make beef stew (never in the foodi) with a seasoning packet, but I’ll try out this method!! THANK YOU!!
I hope you love the recipe!
This is how I make stew, but first time in the Foodi. Love the addition of biscuits. I’m keto but think I can adapt. Thank you for your instructions and tips. Yummy!
@@cammyvanderbilt9140 I hope you love it and let me know how you adapt for keto!
This looks amazing! I can't wait to try it!
I hope you love it!
Pampered Chefs garlic press. I've had mine for almost 11 yrs. I love it. The stew looks AMAZING!
Thanks! I've had my garlic press forever and it still works great!
This was my first meal with my 8qt foodie, upped the Ingredients a bit and it turned out AMAZING!! Thank you!!
Wonderful! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I made this today. Instead of adding flour at the start, I used cornflour at the end and put the foodi on sear/sautè. Then I added my dumplings and finished off by browning the top using the air crisp setting. It was really tasty.
Sounds great!
You are one lovely person and a great chef too...I'm going to buy a ninja!
😊 thank you!
Your family is glad to have you!!
I just watched this 2 times. Making it tonight. I may try your biscuits too💜💜thank you.
You are most welcome!
I usually follow the video recipes but it never comes out good. However I followed urs and it was perfect. Thank you
I'm so glad to hear that!
I made this tonight! It's very good. One thing - my gravy was pretty pale looking. I think it's because I maybe was impatient browning the meat and should have gotten it more brown for more bits. So, when it was done I just added a few teaspoons of Better than Boillon beef and that helped. I also got a little bit freightened when I added the hot broth to the room temperature broth with the flour. When I added the cover there was too much pressure. I'm not sure if that's a good idea. At least mine was so hot it sort of wanted to explode, but that's a strong word, can't really explain, but there was definitely pressure there. Also, I did the 2nd cook at 3 minutes and that worked well for me. Thanks Louise for all you do for us! I love to cook and I learn something new almost every time I watch your videos...like...how to clean your mushrooms. That was news to me!
I would probably agree that you would have had a browner and more developed sauce if you browned the meat longer, or perhaps maybe you skipped the wine? That could have done it too. What type of container did you add the hot broth into? I didn't have any of those problems and never felt like there was pressure. I really want to hear exactly what you did and what type of container you used so I can try to figure out why that happened. Thank you for the feedback, it is very valuable to me and I appreciate your support!
I used a quart mason jar and put a plastic cover on right away. It was probably way too hot.
teddi bear I took mine out right away, but used a metal lid. I bet the steam was building and put pressure on the plastic lid. I will update my written post to include this. Thank you very much! I never want anyone to get hurt!
Ive been thinking about this a bit more. Talked to my hubby. Researched a bit. I took a half cup of beef broth. It was just room temp. I mixed it with the flour. Then as soon as the pressure was released i put about 1.5 cups of that hotter than boiling liquid in the jar. And covered it. And tried shaking it. These are all a recipe to increase pressure. I think it could be dangerous. Maybe instead just sprinkle the flour on? Just my two cents but Im no expert.
teddi bear so, good point. I did it differently in the video. I poured the room temp broth into the hot broth and that cooled it down, then put the flour on top and shook it up. I think you are right though in your conclusion. The order is important so the liquid with the fat isn’t boiling when it hits the flour. I will make a note of this on the video and in my post. Again, thank you! I would be devestated if someone hurt themselves.
Superb, followed your instructions it turned out great, keep up the good work , THANKYOU
I'm so glad to hear that!
Great idea on the drop biscuits. The beef stew looks delicious. Great video. Thanks!❤️
Thank you!
This was so good! I made this and subbed the mushrooms with peas (picky men in this house). It was gone in 24 hrs ❤️
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
My family eats better meals thanks to you. This was delicious. You are our go-to for anything foodi
That is awesome!
I just did it! Amazing! Thank you for your recipe!
My pleasure 😊
Made this tonight. Flavorful and easy to follow and precise directions. Husband loved it too.
I'm so glad!
I just drop the dough directly on the stew & they are perfect. Basically steamed for 10-15 min on a stove top stew. I did 3 min in pressure cooker not the ninja though.. I don’t crisp the biscuits & once I purchase a ninja crisper ,definitely shall brown the biscuits.
YAY! I'm so glad that worked for you!
I think this would also make a awesome beef soup! Just leave out the slurry.
Amazing... and the biscuit OMG. I am new to the channel and just recently bought a ninja, I’ve used your recipes a few times and I have to say they come out absolutely amazing. Thanks for making me look like a hero but really thanks should all go to you...
I'm so glad you are enjoying the recipes! You cooked it, you get the credit!
Gosh That looks Gooood!! I'm definetly trying this recipe. Thank you for sharing it!
I hope you love it!
I’m headed to the grocery store!
I hope you love it!
Never in my life have I considered peeling carrots with a back and forth motion. Wow! Brilliant. I plan to make this but use turnips. Question: why 20 minutes? Seems like a long time for already cooked steak? Just curious. New to the foodi
Forgive me, but I'm a little confused by your question because the beef in this recipe isn't already cooked, it's only seared. If you are using prime cut of beef, like a filet or something then the time can be drastically reduced, but this is a tough cut of meat and needs that PC time to tenderize.
@@TheSaltedPepper Ok. partially cooked. So the longer time tenderizes it. I have a sirloin so I'm going to give this a go. Thank you all the videos. I don't know what I'm doing so they are really helpful!
I am SO gonna try this recipe for my family! 😋 U are very thorough & pleasant. Thank u!😊
Thank you so much!
I absolutely love your videos I just bought my ninja foodi and tried a stew and it was real watery now I know how to thicken it up thanks in advance and thank you for showing me how to cook with this wonderful machine 🙏🏽
You are so welcome!
