Not always. I think that this can just be bad luck and we could have the benefit of the doubt. He could very well just start a new relationship to get back at her for the supposed cheating. You are meant to go for a few checkups after your vasectomy. There are cases of it rejoining. Unless he could prove he had 0 sperm immediately after the vasectomy, you can still get someone pregnant, its why you are told to be tested at 6month and 1 year mark to make sure its still the same

Nta. The marriage was dead at the beginning. Op is faultless but I can't blame the husband. I would have demanded DNA test but ngl, trust would be gone until I knew for certain.
