We caught up with Tim Goodwin, owner of The Street Bakeshop, about his bakery journey and how he is getting on with his Polin Deck Ovens. Tim has both the Polin Stratos Deck Oven and also a Polin XP Deck Oven, giving him more bake capacity for his increased customer demand.
