Meet Adam, the Managing Director at Truly Treats, a wholesale bakery based in Kingsteignton. Truly Treats began back in 2010, in the kitchen of a 1 bedroom flat. Fast forward 14 years, they now have 3 commercial bakeries and are continuing to grow all the time.
We supplied Adam and the team with an ultrasonic cake cutter, so the team no longer have to cut by hand, whilst ensuring consistent portion sizes every time, improving workflow and saving time.
Adam and the team headed down to our test bakery to trial the cake cutter before investment, and were pleasantly surprised by how efficient it was, and were excited to see how it could positively impact the business. 6 months on, the team are reaping the benefits of their investment from Brook Food.
